Payroll Specialist

• Compliance with legal requirements related to payroll
• Member of of payroll team (5 people)
• Reviewing existing payroll guidelines and processes, implementing and reviewing process maps
• Participation on strong and efficient payroll controllership
• Preparation of monthly reporting and analyses (KPIs, personal branch)
• Personal cost budgetting, personal cost control
• Implementation of internal audit, co-operation with external auditors
• Conducting wage surveys within labour market
• Reviewing existing HR processes reporting (headcount, fluctuation, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, working time account and other HR metrics), government statistics
• Support in administration of payroll software and its optimization

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
