Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Covering predominantly the region of Benelux and Eastern Europe, the Proposal Engineer – Instrumentation is in charge of the entire proposal process for assigned opportunities from initial contact through contract signing. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Roles and responsibilities :
- Ensure the timely delivery of all aspects of the bid by coordinating the technical and commercial input from the various teams and stakeholders;
- Respond to customer questions regarding the proposal and ensure that all answers are provided in a timely fashion;
- Generate the technically compliant proposals for instrumentation products including the scope development, costing, pricing terms and technical specification;
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Sales Manager on proposal status and regularly update the CRM;
- Adhere to company policies and processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering or related discipline is a major plus;
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the field of instrumentation;
- Good working knowledge of field devices for process automation;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Very good communication (both verbal and writing) skills; strong presentation and analytical skills;
- Fluent English and Slovak, knowledge of Polish is a plus;
- Flexibility to travel up to 5 %;
- Driving license
