• Administrate and check the attendance sheets and overtimes of employees
• Enter and check the timesheets
• Ensure the smooth running of the reception

• Provide any other office and administrative support if needed

• Advanced user of MS Excel, Word a Outlook; advanced typing skills
• Professional approach, good time management, flexibility and problem solving attitude
