IMS/EMS Specialist

We are looking for IMS and EMS specialist to join our Integrated Management System team.

Main responsibilities will include:
IMS scope content:
• covers the documentation control with aim to assure transition period for new IATF norm transfer
• prepares, updates and develops documentation of integrated management system (IMS)
• clarifies the documentation update with process /IMS documents owners
• prepares the documentation for publication
• covers and controls the documentation storage and archiving
• participates in the meetings of quality or other departments in matters addressing issues of IMS
EMS scope content:
• maintains, updates and develops environmental aspects for relevant production processes and related support processes
• is responsible for Management of Chemical Substances in shop floor level
• is responsible for Waste Management shop floor activities, including the management of waste management personnel
• evaluates the environmental targets in the scope of waste management and chemicals consumption
• performs relevant trainings in the EMS area (Emergency Readiness; Chemicals dealing), including trainings effectiveness control and evaluation
• performs internal audits in the EMS 1st level area (SOS audits), based on results prepares relevant Action Plans and evaluates its efficiency
• provides support during external audits and state authorities check visits
• drives the environmental improvements ideas and transfers into other processes/workplace
