Job description, responsibilities and duties

- coordinating performance management activities within Europe, consulting managers
- supporting talent management activities, succession planning and high potentials program
- manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organization´s needs
- analysis of training needs, training plans preparation, trainings evaluation, monitoring efficiency of trainings, development plans for talents
- development of induction program and its regular update
- collaborates with HRs and managers to ensure a smooth sourcing and hiring process
- development and implementation of position-specific recruitment campaigns, with the intent to build strong candidate pipelines.
- create and modify recruitment marketing materials, social network management in cooperation with global communication & marketing department
- support the local recruitment initiatives
- maintains and tracks recruitment data, utilizes the data to develop analysis and metrics reporting, monitors aging status of open positions, takes care of approval process of open positions
- create relationships with universities in an effort to align with our internship program and identify talents
- internal HR communication activities
- cooperation on employees events organization
- employee performs other tasks and activities assigned by superior employee associated with the agreed type of work

- University degree reguired, preferred in HR area
- fluent knowledge of English Language
- knowledge of German, French, Romanian, Slovak or Czech language are advantage
- experience in similar position is required - 7 years
- experience in training, development and recruitment are necessary
- multicultural experience is an advantage
- experience as trainer is an advantage
