Communication with customer on daily basis
Receiving and processing orders from customers
Production and capacity planning on monthly, weekly and daily basis, expedition plan
Controlling of production plan keeping
Issuing of expedition documentation, invoices and documents archiving
Proceeding of customer claims
Ensuring wrapping regulations for completed products and communication with customer to get approval
Organizing transportation to customer and periodical monitoring
Issuing of internal documentation to settle accounts receivable
Updating and maintaining PLEX system on daily basis - and other responsibilities related to that
System data analysis
Communication with other departments
Reporting, monitoring
Process analysis and optimization to ensure delivery to customer on time
Working with customer portals
Cooperating and participating in ensuring economic results achievement
