Human Resources Representative EU

• Coordinating compensation & benefits area within EU
• In cooperation with local HRs supporting the analysis of local market compensation and benefits data and in order to generate recommendations for salary range movement, salary increase budgets
• Supporting the organization of the annual compensation cycle
• Leading creation, implementation and review of HR policies, procedures and processes within EU. Proposal of their improvement and ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision
• Coordinate and implement HR KPIs in line with corporate policies
• Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports, HR KPIs, propose correction actions
• Preparation of presentations (management meetings, HR meetings, etc.)
• Compile and update employee records for EU managers and directors in cooperation with local HRs
• Supporting HRD EU in various projects within EU
• Continuous improvement and development of reward policies and practices through internal and external networking
• Employee performs other tasks and activities assigned by superior employee associated with the agreed type of work.
