Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Monitors, records and reports on payments, conducts them as needed in accordance with received instructions.
Prepares purchase orders and invoices and tracks contractual rights and obligations.
Following accounting principles post business events in accordance with the Company's and Group's account plan.
Opens and calculates travel orders and requests for reimbursement of material costs.
Ensures the execution of the Company's operational processes within the Branch Office in cooperation with external partners, accounting service and parent company.
Conducts the inventory process according to procedures, records assets and carries out the process of equipment assumption.
Supports and executes the procurement process in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Company and the Group.
Preparation of data, analyses and reports in the field of accounting and finance (balance sheet, RDG and others).
Participates in processes of planning and forecasting of costs and revenues, produces budgets and monitors their realization.
Collects, prepares and submits data, analyses and reports to external accounting partners, regulators and others.
Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports and submits them to Branch Office Representative, Management Board and Group.
Ensures the implementation and application of the relevant Company and Group rules from the financial area in the Branch Office.
Performs all other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
