Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

-communication with applicants, scholars/grantees;
-processing of documents regarding scholars/grantees (confirmations, financial overviews, interim and final reports);
-processing of received applications (preparation for jury meetings, help in organization of jury meetings);
-support to applicants in application process;
-monitoring of supported projects;
-support to program manager (head of department) in managerial tasks (compile/update databases, program overviews, statistics, propose solutions to potential problems, draft letters).
