Ready for your career in finance to take off? International Personal Finance is your passport to success. On our Graduate Scheme, you will step into our Credit Risk department, developing your technical, leadership and language skills over the course of three years. And that’s just for starters…

On our Credit Risk Graduate Programme, your development will be accelerated. It is a three year programme and, in that time, you’ll be challenged to grow your leadership potential.

Learning alongside key figures in our organisation and gaining experiences across a variety of departments and countries, on the Credit Risk Graduate Programme you will acquire a detailed but rounded understanding of our business. You’ll even receive optional language training in each country you’re working in, helping you integrate seamlessly and enjoy a real taste of life in different cultures.

Year 1 - In the role of Credit Risk Analyst, you’ll build up your technical skills, carrying out project work to analyse performance.
Year 2 - Stepping up to the position of Senior Analyst, you’ll be given the responsibility to lead and deliver projects across various departments.
Year 3 - In your third year, you’ll be required to design, implement and execute Credit Risk Strategies, graduating to the role of Credit Risk Manager.

Have you got what we're looking for?
  • It’s essential that you’re fluent in both written and spoken English
  • We need someone with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent qualification
  • However, if you’re an undergraduate who has been predicted a minimum 2:1 grade, we’d welcome your application too (equivalent of a MA or MSc degree with the final score of a minimum of 4)
  • You’re eager to travel, and excited to gain experience in all our international markets
  • Your analytical mind makes you adept at solving problems
  • You want to lead from the front, shaping the future of our organisation
  • You have graduated university since 2013
  • You have the right to work in any country in the European Economic Area (EEA) without a work permit
  • Most of all, you're ambitious and like a good challenge
