Finance Manager

* Establish and maintain the organization's accounting principles, practices and procedures
* Responsible for the preparation and evaluation of budgets and other financial operating reports, presents findings and recommendations to top management
* Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports, Monthly profit and loss forecast by site (vs. budget)
* Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations according to established guidelines
* Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization
* Prepares financial reports and presents findings and recommendations to top management
* Designs and coordinates a wide variety of accounting and statistical data and reports
* Responsible for developing, maintaining and managing a company's workers' compensation program, Manages claim investigations, settlements, and litigation
