Job description, responsibilities and duties

- covering a dealership for the company in Slovakia
- searching for new customers and business contacts, active sales of products in domestic and foreign retail networks
- communication with suppliers
- presentation of products offered by the company, conduct business negotiations and presentations
- negotiating contract terms, conduct of negotiations with competent employees in wholesale and retail operations in domestic and foreign retail networks, negotiating the conditions for the placing the goods of the company in the domestic and foreign retail networks
- creating separate business offers, agreements and contracts
- monitoring implementation of the contract terms
- care of existing customers, maintaining and developing business contacts
- responsibility for key customer relationship in Slovakia
- planning, monitoring and control of business activities
- actively seeking new business opportunities, development and implementation of large business opportunities
- definition of sales opportunities and proposals for possible future activities
- creating attractive promotional resources and marketing solutions according to own vision
- responsibility to achieve the sales targets and business results
- leading, motivating, coaching and developing own business team - identify problem areas, optimize business solutions, setting reports
- creating and developing a database of wholesale, retail stores and business contacts and sharing it with other business team members (databases, projects, etc.)
- attending and leading meetings of the business team
- reporting regularly to the director

Information about the selection process

The company is looking for three sales representatives who will work together in a sales team. Sales representatives will create a hierarchical structure of the team based on knowledge, experience and level of achieved education. For the position of leading sales representative we require professional experience of at least two years as a sales representative. For the sales representatives who will subordinate leading sales representative, professional experience is not required but an advantage. Leading sales representative will be a sales team leader who will be responsible for a team and will lead and support the subordinate sales representatives. Sales team will cooperate and jointly participate in the company´s achievement of results and the development of sales of condoms brand Playboy.

- secondary with school - leaving examination
- fluent knowledge of English
- minimally 2 years of sales experience on the similar position
- experience with mid-size B2B business sales team leadership
- experience with acquisition of new clients, the ability to conduct business meetings with the management of large companies
- management skills - experience in building and leading his own business team
- knowledge of procedures for business meetings and means of communication in business
- knowledge of marketing solutions and promotion
- driving license group B and computer skills mentioned above
