Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Personal Luxury Lifestyle Manager to HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals) you will be responsible for catering to the needs of only the wealthiest elite Clients who prefer a privileged and exclusive luxury lifestyle. You will be a part of unique Luxury Experts team and enjoy providing round-the-clock access to Insignia's full range of services every day of the year.

Key responsibilities:

- Communicating with Clients, receiving Clients' requests
- Working on the requests processing
- Selling requests solutions to provide high-end luxury service directly to Clients
- Building positive relationship with Clients
- Searching and analyzing information in luxury lifestyle segment
- Database maintenance and daily reporting

The role will require the successful candidate to work 24/7.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Russian - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Business correspondence - Expert
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Experience in lifestyle management, concierge, travel, luxury or VIP sales sector
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills
- Well-developed stress management skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good team player compency
- Self-motivation and creativity
- Confidence when using a computer and office equipment
- Languages: fluent English is a must
