Job description, responsibilities and duties

Join an efficient and effective team as a Concierge Expert.

This role will focus on providing exceptional, high-touch service delivering the requests of different concierge arrangements: dining, event plannig, research, personal services and beyond.

Your key job responsibilities:

- Deliver concierge services such as dining reservations and suggestions, flower orders and gift baskets for special occasions, ticket inquiries, locating hard to find items, assistance while travelling and product comparisons
- Ensure on-going telphone communication with clients personal assistants
- Filter incoming emails, queries, phone calls and invitations by redirecting or taking forward as appropriate
- Manage requests (receiving, handling and execution control)
- Looking for best deals on Luxury industry market
- Maintain database, reporting daily
- Work closely with international partners and service suppliers, conditions negotiation

Information about the selection process

This role will require the successful candidate to work shift patterns, coordinated with the rest of the Lifestyle Boutique team to provide a 24/7 client service.

- Experience in concierge, lifestyle management, hospitality, travel, entertainment or luxury industry/industries is an asset
- Internet savvy and proficient at navigating multiple systems at one time
- Curiosity, creativity, charisma and courteousness
- Fluent English language skills. Russian is an advantage
