Popis pracovnej pozície
- You are responsible for the Enterprise Architecture Group
- You lead an international group of specialized enterprise architects focusing on strategic aspects of business, information, infrastructure / technology and security architecture
- You define the business, information, technology/infrastructure and the security architecture competencies within the architecture competence center
- You develop proactive optimization plans for a steady reduction of the IT complexity and at the same time for an improved support of the business requirements of the UNIQA group
- You implement the IT innovation management of the UNIQA Group through observation and research of the market and technology trends and communicate the results and the recommendations to the business and IT stakeholders
- You are responsible for the architecture, software and tool standards of the UNIQA Group
- You are responsible for the definition and implementation of a consolidation program, aiming at a steady reduction of the IT complexity (number of applications, number of technologies, number of interfaces) within the UNIQA Group
- You are responsible for personnel management, planning and development for the national and international group

- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial capacity
- 5-10 years of experience in the IT architecture of the finance industry (knowledge on the insurance industry is an asset)
- Expert knowledge of the requirements of the application landscape within the insurance industry
- Expert knowledge of IT standards as TOGAF, Zachmann, ITIL and COBIT
- Expert knowledge of the IT markets and the technological developments
- Expert knowledge of concept development and documentation of the IT architecture
- Expert knowledge of architecture review techniques
- Expert knowledge of data models of the insurance industry
- Good knowledge of software quality KPIs
- Good knowledge of methods to estimate efforts
- Good knowledge of development processes and the relevant tools
- Good command of spoken and written English
- You are customer focused in all your actions and provide a professional service to internal and external customers
- Show managerial courage by taking strategic and day by day architectural decisions

Prioritnou činnosťou úseku SWS je vývoj a údržba softvéru pre komerčné poisťovne patriace do skupiny UNIQA.
