• You own the technical scope management for assigned product group
• You ensure that all epics and user stories for assigned product groups are developed and consistent to UITS application architecture principles
• You ensure handover of results to Testing team in line with all development principles, in time, to quality and effort for assigned product group
• You ensure the compliance of technical analysis and design with Full Architecture Document and release notes with service operational readiness list for assigned product groups
• You ensure the efficiency of the support for the incident management process
• You lead a group of technical designers and developers
• You ensure that the software development principles are fully respected
• You act as a development authority for technical aspects of the end-to-end solution and ensures consistency across the relevant applications for the assigned product group
• You are responsible for all applications within the development and maintenance activities for the designated product group
• You take a lead in the development of the overall epics and user stories for the assigned product group
• You ensure development of projects, incidents, technical upgrades, defect fixing for project defects on time and to estimated effort as well as to agreed scope and quality for the assigned product group
• You ensure the follow-up of the incident process by the staff members of the group in accordance to the business severity
• You are responsible for the sign off of the Business Concept & Design by the Business Analyst/ Designer for the assigned product groups
• You support the personnel planning for the group in collaboration with resource management
• You are responsible for personnel management and the personnel development for the national and international group

Prioritnou činnosťou úseku SWS je vývoj a údržba softvéru pre komerčné poisťovne patriace do skupiny UNIQA. Koncentruje sa najmä na systém INAS, ktorý je určený pre správu portfólia poistných produktov, poistných zmlúv a poistných udalostí, klientských, partnerských a účtovných údajov. V posledných rokoch sa dostáva do popredia vývoj moderných webových aplikácií nadväzujúcich na systém INAS.
Úsek CBS, ktorý vznikol v roku 2006, sa zaoberá správou poistných zmlúv a likvidáciou poistných udalostí klientov rakúskeho poisťovacieho koncernu.
