Job description, responsibilities and duties


​HR Planning & Compensation specialist will be responsible for personnel planning and cost management, development and oversight of employee compensation and benefits system, definition, monitoringand reporting of HR KPIs, as well as development and management of HR systems.​


Main responsibilities:


Developing and managing HR planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems and tools;

Preparing, analyzing and monitoring personnel costs and HR budgets;

Implementing and maintaining HR modules in Company ERP systems;

Supporting digitalization of HR processes;

Defining and preparing regular reports on HR metrics to both internal and external stakeholders, including IMS, ESG and Sustainability requirements related to HR;

Implementing Company Remuneration Policy, that matches Company development stages and organizational culture;

Supporting implementation and management of Employee Stock Option Plan;

Implementing Grades and paylines, assuring meritocratic and transparent approach to remuneration;

Managing variable remuneration through alignment with annual performance review process;

Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations for each Country of InoBat presence;

Conducting salary and labor market research to define benchmarks;

Keeping abreast with new trend and best practice in the field ;

Participating in improvementof HR processes, developmentof HR policies and procedures

Participating in assigned HR projects

Supporting HR operations and other activities based on demand



Position is set as a combination of office work in Voderady site with occasionally home office possibility (based on agreement).

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Economics, finance, statistics, business administration, HR management.

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Experience in the position/sector

Experience requirements:


3+ years of experience in HR planning, reporting, compensation and benefits;

Knowledge of planning, monitoring, reporting and evaluating principles;

Deep knowledge of employment rules and regulations in Slovakia;

Hands on experience with HR modules in ERP systems;

Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting;

Advanced knowledge of xls;

Attention to details and data accuracy;

Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Ability to think out of the box and implement new approaches;

Advanced level of English language

Brief description of the company

InoBat is a Slovakia-based company established in January 2019 aiming to create an R&D cluster and accelerator focusing on the development of battery solutions in the energy and e-mobility sectors. InoBat develops technologies with international partners looking to expand their global reach to the European continent in general, especially Central and Eastern Europe.
