Certificate & Verification Specialist

The Certificate & Verification Specialist will manage all certificate request in regarding to the INSIM domain and perform SOLL and IST verifications. Perform specialized operational management task for different application and appliance.

Main responsibilities:
* Support full Life Cycle of certificates; registration of Internal Service certificates requests. Archive certificate request data (request forms and email archive)

* Monitor IT Security PKI group mailbox for request and questions.

* Registration of SmartCard request in Smartcard Management System (IAM, PKI)

* Provide first line support for generating certificate requests and implementation. Follow Up expired certificates (registration in TopDesk and monitor)

* Management of PKI software (Opentrust/ Classic Client/ XMLSigner). Life Cycle management (test) and deliver documentation for package team (NN and NN IP/ CRE).

* Performs verifications in cooperation with Verification Analyst, use manual or automated tools (HRM, RomaNN, SOLL and IAM) to deliver comparison of Soll and Ist reviews.

* Provide technical assistance in testing and troubleshooting engineers; monitor and manage TopDesk incidents.

* Act as a stand by support for IDAM 2nd level support, share the load of IDAM Operation in case of low utilization related to PKI Operation.

* Support IDAM related changes and co-operate with service developers to introduce new IDAM features

* Min. 2 years work experience
* Analytical and Problem solving ability
* PKI and Basic Assurance certificates (X.509), Registration Authority (RA Process), Certificate Usages, Certificate policies and profiles, OpenSSL
* Experience with verifications and tooling to perform verifications
* Able to fulfill 24/7 support of on-duty incidents
* Demonstrated knowledge of information security policies, procedures, and practices
* Development and maintenance of system/application access control standards, processes, procedures, authorized access approvers, and user profiles

University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
