Our E-Commerce team is responsible for data management of clients trading on various internal and external electronic trading platforms. Our business is onboarding of new clients and maintenance of existing client relationships. We service everyone from NY, thru London, to Singapore. Close cooperation with Front-office, solving clients requests, proposing, and offering best possible solutions is our day-to-day business. Making things happen, helping others be successful, always being one step ahead—that’s our DNA. Roles and Responsibilities


  • Client enablement on Financial Markets: You will open, maintain and close customers and accounts on various e-Trading platforms;
  • Client setup in Core Banking system; You will open, maintain and close customers and current accounts for clients worldwide;
  • You will maintain contact with internal colleagues, related departments as well as with external providers (e-Trading platforms);
  • You will be responsible for data investigation in order to complete opened/incorrect clients cases successfully;
  • You will have opportunity to suggest and propose process improvements in existing processes.
  • You will globally collaborate with your peers cross ING locations

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

This could be the suitable role for you if:



  • You have at least 2 years experience into a corporate role (banking, client services, customer support etc)
  • You are fluent in English both verbal and written, good mastering the business communication
  • Have experience in back-office administration, client support function
  • Have general experience with MS Office, basic knowledge of Excel and Presentation
  • Are flexible, result-oriented and a team player with a positive drive and can-do mind set
  • Feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment
  • Have an eye for the detail, able to keep high data quality and accuracy
  • Have affinity with Commercial Banking products (is an advantage)
