About the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The purpose of Process Management officer‘s position is to improve organization’s performance management by modeling business processes; ensuring that business processes are understood, documented and implemented consistently within framework of existing policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Main responsibility of the Process Management Officer is to design and maintain up-to-date processes within the organization on high level and detail level ensuring that the processes are modeled uniformly following valid conventions.

- Design, maintain and continuously develop end-to-end existing and new processes following internal guidelines and conventions
- Cooperate with various departments and Subject Matters Experts across the organization to facilitate documentation of the bank's processes
- Actively plan and organize requested resources to meet deadlines
- Clarify operational risk and mitigating measures in ARIS
- Provide support for creation and maintenance of workplace instructions on request of Product and Process Owners
- Ensure the documented workflows, workplace instructions are available to all relevant staff, stakeholders
- Assesses the business processes with the goal of identifying potential gaps and overlaps
- Proactively point out on possible optimization of the operation
