Financial institutions world-wide have increased the scope of their activities and therefore face constantly changing requirements from regulators. That makes our work rather exciting: our team makes sure that ING complies with all applicable regulations for financial products and markets worldwide.

What that means for you? You’ll be in pole position to absorb knowledge on banking, processes between front and back offices, understand derivatives and banking regulations… and more.

You will be at the intersection of what business our clients need to do on financial markets and how ING can enable that.

Your activities will soon make you an expert on:
  • Analysis of new requirements coming from changes in legislation and the bank’s policies and rules
  • Integration of new requirements into our FM client and product processes and workflow
  • Consolidation and clean-up of client data
  • Being the primary point of contact for ING’s global front offices for financial markets and the centre of excellence in Amsterdam
  • Analysing, advising and improving processes regarding current and upcoming regulatory requirements
  • Identification of gaps in our processes, suggesting ideas for improvement and their implementation

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

Your technical skills and experience are important:
  • Master's degree in banking, financial markets, law or economy
  • advanced English (C1) skills for both speaking and writing
  • advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • 1 year working experience in banking, investment, legal or financial markets
  • previous experience with CDD, MiFID, FATCA, EMIR, CRS or other financial regulations (big advantage)
