Financial Markets Client Onboarding is a Center of Expertise that directly supports FM front-offices worldwide in their client acceptance process in a challenging and demanding working environment. The emphasis is on safeguarding "know your customer" compliance related regulations, such as Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), Foreign Account Tax compliance Act (FATCA), Common reporting standards (CRS) and European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). Any future laws and regulation relevant to FM client on-boarding procedures are also implemented by FM CO. Financial Markets is part of Wholesale Banking and operates worldwide

We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our Financial Markets Client Onboarding team and effectively leverage its strengths to streamline further growth.
Your responsibilities as a team leader will be:
- Manage and lead team of 15-20 people
- Create an environment built on trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
- Set clear team goals and develop a strategy to reach them
- Oversee projects and supervise day-to-day operations
- Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other stakeholders
- Motivate, inspire and coach team members in order to facilitate further development
- Familiarize the team with the customer needs and specifications, design the development process, standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
- Manage and coordinate changes related to new services being on boarded and re-organization of the activities
- Deliver in accordance with service level agreements

- Master's degree in banking, financial markets, law or economy
- 5 year working experience in banking, investment, legal or financial markets
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor (min. 2 years)
- Advanced English (C1) skills for both speaking and writing
- Affinity with Wholesale Banking products, Financial Markets and Banking regulatory environment
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
