Our Investigation/Reconciliation team at GSO Bratislava supports several European countries and plays an important role in delivering services to our ING clients. The team is growing and we are currently looking for detail-oriented, eager to learn person to help us support ING clients in activities related to day-to-day payments and investigations.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Daily handling of investigation cases
  • Root cause analyses within Investigations
  • Any additional tasks / activities related to payment services department
  • Daily payment charges analysis
  • Daily end of day checks
  • Inventing and implementation of process improvements
