Are you data orientated and do you prefer more back office position in the 1st banking Shared Service Center in Bratislava? If you are willing to go the extra mile to help your internal global colleagues with data gathering, entry and its processing in order to assure smooth running of the Data Entry Services team in ING GSO Bratislava, this will be the opportunity for you.

Our Data Entry Services team is looking for an enthusiastic, precise, communicative and detail oriented Team member who will be responsible for all kinds of data administration of clients trading on Electronic Trading platforms (eTrading) with the aim to provide the best global customer service.

Tasks and responsibilities of the Data entry officer
  • You will be responsible for onboarding, maintenance and termination of clients trading on various internal and external eTrading platforms (e.g. Bloomberg).
  • You will be responsible for correct processing of the client requests. Opening, maintenance and closure of clients/accounts/users and setup of all kinds of rights and conditions.
  • You will maintain the contact with internal colleagues and related support teams to keep client (regional FM Sales desks) informed about the progress of their request.
  • You will be responsible for reconciliation and investigation of data in order to complete the open clients' cases successfully.
  • You will have a space to suggest and propose process improvements or elimination of manual process steps.

  • Your English is on at least B1 level - both verbal and written form.
  • Your experience in back office administration or master data processing is an advantage.
  • You have general experience with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • You are flexible, enthusiastic, precise, communicative, detail oriented and a team player with a positive attitude and drive for the joint result.
  • You feel comfortable in a fast and changing environment willing to learn every day in a continuous moving global environment with high expectations of service.
  • Affinity with Commercial Banking products (Payments and Cash Management, Lending, Trade Finance, Financial Markets).
