Have you ever wondered what is behind the retail banking activities? Do you know how documents and requests submitted to internal systems are processed? If you want to be part of a department responsible for back office processing of Retail Banking service on a Global scale this is the chance for you.

For ING Global Services and Operations in Bratislava we are opening new vacancy for a Junior Operations Specialist with French language who will collaborate with international departments in France.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Read the requests sent by the customers
  • Control the compliance of the requests and attached documents
  • Analyse the bank accounts and identify potential problems on the accounts (suspense items, etc.)
  • Make decisions on the account (accept and handle the request, refuse the request and justify the decision…)
  • Perform all the requested tasks in the different IT applications
  • Control and validate the tasks of other staff members
  • Interact (by email) with other services, located foreign
  • Update numbers/figures of work done
