Tasks and responsibilities:

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Read the requests sent by the customers
- Control the compliance of the requests and attached documents
- Analyse the bank accounts and identify potential problems on the accounts (suspense items, etc.)
- Make decisions on the account (accept and handle the request, refuse the request and justify the decision…)
- Perform all the requested tasks in the different IT applications
- Control and validate the tasks of other staff members
- Interact (by email) with other services, located foreign
- Update numbers/figures of work done
