Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for experienced candidate to perform following tasks and duties:
• Accountable for financial/credit analysis of corporate clientele (large global names), structuring of transactions, risk identification, industry trend analysis, drafting of term sheets, credit packages and legal documentation;
• Individually responsible for accurate, efficient and timely initiation/maintenance/execution of the credit proposals including compliance with internal policies and procedures;
• Close cooperation with Relationship Manager on joint client´s servicing for assigned lending clientele, interaction with clients to gather relevant information;
• Transactional and portfolio monitoring;

• Credit structuring capabilities, understanding of risk factors
