Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for candidate to perform following tasks and responsibilities:
• Mainly handling administrative tasks in Procurement area
• Participation in the project of implementation of the new system – support and testing
• Maintenance of vendors, contracts and order database during and after the implementation
• Data preparation for the project
• Supporting the key users during/after implementation phase
In addition you will:
• Support contracting process based on existing procurement procedures
• Prepare reports regarding procurement activities

• Indirect procurement experience is an advantage
• Experience with SAP or PeopleSoft is an advantage
• You are fluent in Slovak + English both verbal and written
• 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in general Procurement area
• You have excellent administrative skills (and experience with MS Office application Word and Excel)
Personality requirements and skills:
• You are flexible, accurate, result-oriented and a team player with a positive drive and you go for the joint result
• You have strong analytical problem-analyzing and judgment skills
• You are able to build and maintain relationships with key clients, team members and colleagues
