It is an international team to support our clients worldwide with technical and functional support on this new channel and related products. Tasks and responsibilities of MasterData Specialist:
- You will help set-up clients on the new channel and related services and take responsibility and coordinate the end-to-end administrative process.
- You maintain contact with internal colleagues and related departments to keep them informed about the progress of their request (predominantly via email)
- You will assist internal colleagues (on a global level) to process the data obtained via different channels within internal software to assure that all the necessary data is gathered, entried and processed correctly.
- You will suggest and propose manual process improvements or elimination of manual process steps.
- You will closely collaborate with Channels and Support Specialist located in GSO Bratislava and colleagues from branches in English

- Experience in back office administration, masterdata processing is an advantage

- You feel comfortable in a fast changing environment. You are willing to learn every day in a continuous moving global environment with high expectations of service.
- You have affinity with Commercial Banking products (Payments and Cash Management, Lending, Trade Finance, Financial Markets).
