About the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Accountable for providing daily Human Resource guidance, advice, and support to assigned business unit employees and managers
- Collaboration on recruitment and hiring process, conducting interviews, on-boarding of new employees
- Cooperation on training and development process, following training needs of employees
- Performs duties under minimum supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures, preparation of various HR reports
- Preparation of legal documents for employees (employment contracts, amendments etc.)
- Cooperation on payroll preparation, including processing of relevant documentations
- Cooperation on various HR projects and HR procedures
- Cooperation on other HR and staff activities

Personality requirements and skills
- Suitable candidate should have min. 3 years working experience in Human Resources area
- Good knowledge of internal HR processes
- Very good knowledge of Slovak labour code
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to maintain the highly confidential nature of HR work
- Solid knowledge in one of these HR areas: Training and development or Comp&Ben or International mobility
- Team player, Initiative, flexible and detail oriented
