About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for university student, who will perfom following tasks:

Service Desk
  • Serve as single point of contact for IT related problems of ING employees
  • Responsible to register interactions to the HP Service Manager software, to classify them and to solve or to escalate them to another team

First Line Support
  • Replace, clean and connect IT hardware
  • Deal with user problems with their PCs, desktop phones and partially with printers
  • Help users when they have problem with applications, especially with Microsoft Office
  • Keep IT storage in order
  • Help with inventory check of IT assets
