About the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The ORM GSO team is integral part of ING Bank’s Global Services & Operations (GSO) center in Bratislava. The team is providing risk services for GSO’s clients, which are branches or subsidiaries of the Bank globally.
You will be responsible for execution of client services within the operational risk management area. Your activities will include the following tasks:

You will be responsible for execution of client services within the operational risk management area. Your activities will include the following tasks:
- Preparation of agenda for Non-Financial Risk Committee meetings
- Driving core ORM processes such as Key Risk Indicators reporting, Issue and Action Tracking, Incident reporting and others
- Maintaining information in risk systems, review and data quality assurance
- Periodic testing of key controls and documenting results
- Implementation of maintenance of risk data and objects in risk systems
- Management of risk systems in terms of user access, uploads of reports
Your input will be also very valuable in terms of development and implementation of new services and ongoing improvement of the existing ones.

- Previous experience in operational risk management is considered advantage
