Responsibilities

The Process Manager is responsible for setting and managing the primary processes (operational activities) on high level and detail level. The tool in use to do so is ARIS. The Process Manager will also indicate the operational risks within this tool. Process models will be published in a user friendly way. The Process Manager has to agree on standards with the Process Owner, who can also define process models by himself. The Process Manager has to ensure that the processes are modelled uniformly within ARIS and indeed applied. It is important that the Process Manager has some product and process knowledge and continues to absorb this in order to understand the operation. The Process Manager will be known as an expert for ARIS advice.

What will you be doing

  • Create and manage end-to-end process models in ARIS
  • Set ARIS standards and safeguard them
  • Publish ARIS models to relevant stakeholders including training and
information
  • Clarify operational risk and mitigating measures in ARIS
  • Update workplace instructions on request of Product and Process
Owners
  • Proactively input on impact of projects on the operation
  • Proactively input on possible optimisation of the operation
  • Maintaining knowledge level of ARIS (ING ARIS User group)

Experience

  • Experience with the ARIS Process Modelling Tool
  • Experience with AO descriptions
  • Experience with working in complex organisations
  • Actual knowledge on relevant banking products, processes and bank systems
  • Good command English language written and oral, Dutch language
