About the position

Our Team is growing and therefore we are looking for suitable candidates who will perform following:
- active participation in the project of transition of the services
- creation/updates/adjustments of working instructions, workflow descriptions, training materials;
- proposals for workflow adjustments or creation of new workflows and tools;
- preparation and follow up on direct process implementation plans, including tooling;
- collection of requirements from the Customer Domain Unit department;
- consultancy towards CDU department and business customers;
- preparation of various documentation;
