About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Registers information about incidents according to the Incident management procedure
Identifies and analyses the root causes and assesses impact of incident occurred (Problem management)
Works out actions to be taken for solution of an incident and assigns persons responsible for their execution
Follow-up on incidents/problems resolution by PTAs
Manages timely execution of measures and ensure incident/problem resolution so that issue will not reoccur
Acts as SPOC for incident/problems related matters between GSO and clients (monitoring the progress of the resolution of the incident and keeping those who are affected by the incident up to date with the status)
Initiates process improvement in order to eliminate root causes of the issues
Keeps up-to-date overview/database of all incidents/problems in GSO and provides regular reporting on their status

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

University education (a degree in Banking or Economy is considered strong advantage)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced
Microsoft SharePoint - Basic

Personality requirements and skills

Education: A bachelor degree or similar qualification in quantitative subject;
Experience: At least 2-3 years’ working experience in banking industry;
Practical knowledge of operations processes;
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodology;
General understanding of banking products;
Customer-oriented approach supported with best practice in service, relationship and contract management;
Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in teams;
Ability to listen and understand different positions, find compromises and balances, understand implications behind disputing parties’ positions, and inspire consensus;
Good analytical skills, ability to abstract from details and concentrate on key issues;
Structured, disciplined approach with a focus on delivery within time and quality;
Self-motivated, can see the big picture and want more for themselves long term.
