PTP Manager

To be successful as a Purchase to Pay Manager, you need significant P2P or similar process (OTC, GL...) experience along with great people skills and the ability to lead change. We are not looking for a Team leader, we are searching a Manager able to inspire, motivate and develop large team of Accountants.
If you have exceptional analytical skills and knowledge of SAP that would be a big advantage, but it’s not essential. More important will be your previous SSC experience, and mature approach to daily troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
• develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions and order management to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• manage control and compliance of the P2P process across Europe
• analyse P2P processes and data to spot anomalies and minimalize risks
• manage relationships with suppliers and 3rd parties
• contribute to system transition, data cleanse, reporting development and troubleshooting
• lead a large team of direct and indirect reports
• prepare and recommend operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitor spending for adherence to budget, recommend variances as necessary.
