Job description, responsibilities and duties

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure all data pertaining to the customer master data records are set up and maintained in ERP system with complete accuracy. This position implements processes and governance to ensure data integrity, data standards and change management.

Responsibilities include setup and maintenance of customer accounts. Validate accuracy of the customer master file. Review existing accounts to prevent duplicate account numbers from being set up.

- Create and maintain all customer master data records
- Set up new accounts
- Maintain changes to the customer master file
- Set up confirmations for orders and invoicing outputs based on customer's requests
- Adjust master data structure in ERP system to meet dynamic and unique business requirements
- Identify and reject duplicate customer master data requests
- Review, confirm and validate master data changes
- Maintain good communication with business partners regarding master data requests
- Contribute ideas and actions towards continuous improvement of processes within customer master data areas of influence
- Participate in data cleansing activities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Busines Academy + various following University education
- Short administrative experience during of after studies
- Fluent English
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Highly organized
- Strong follow up skills are required
- Problem solving skills are required
