- Providing excellent service to the customers via email and telephone
- Handling incoming calls and emails, answering customer questions
- Providing the appropriate solution based on customer needs
- Be the first point of contact for customers for questions /concerns about their orders
- Assisting customers with all questions related to claims
- Participating with adhoc projects

We are searching for the bilingual speakers for the Customer Service team of the world leading company and their shared customer support department. Language that we search is French or German. You should speak and write French OR German on advanced level and have a good knowledge of English language.
