Mechanical engineer - specialist BMS - building management system

- Reliability for technical maintenance of a property in Bratislava,
- reliability for operating and proper working of technical systems and devices,
- supervising and managing a team of technicians and coordinating of work with subcontractors,
- tracking and monitoring the plan of neccesary services, revisions and inspections in the building,
- secure the exact a proper function od all technical devices and systems in the property,
- preparing maintenance plan and budgeting costs for maintenance od installed devices,

Request for the employee:
- Secondary school with leaving exam
- University degree
- technical, building Mechanical Engimeering

Personal requirements and skills:
- Reliability, good communication skill,
- knowledge od technical systems of a modern office building,
- knowledge od english language - spoken and written
- PC skills is a must
- strong management skills, ability to lead a small team of technicians
- self- action
- will to work
