Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job Summary:
Handling of on-boarding and off-boarding in CEE and administrative support to HR Department
Core Responsibilities:
- Handling of on-boarding (create offer letter, bilingual employment contracts, maintenance of SML sheet, registration with insurance providers, obtain references, welcome emails)
- Handling of off-boarding (do exit interviews, maintenance of SML sheet, de-registation with insurance providers)
- Maintenance of paper/electronic personnel files (storage of employment documents on shared drive)
- Preparation of employment contract amendments and contact with office administrator/payroll provider for the local language part
- Monthly regional new hire presentation
- Preparation of country presentations for remote managers

Personality requirements and skills
Skills & Attributes:
Requires a high school education, or equivalent combination of experience and education, plus a minimum of two years experience providing human resources or administrative support or a BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline. Excellent computer skills utilizing Word, Excel, Power Point are required. Familiarity with a HRIS system is preferred. Requires strong verbal, written, interpersonal and team-oriented skills. Ability to interact and build relationships with all levels of employees required. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet frequent deadlines is essential. Strong customer services skills and ability to maintain confidentiality required. Ability to work to detail.
