Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Organize daily operational management meeting (DOM) and prepare reporting and follow up on agreed actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational KPI reporting for plant and operational business departments
• Analyze financial reports of plant, cost centers and compare actuals to budget and prepare forecasts. Support in preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Active participation on Performance Improvements Project and support Project administration.
• Update, development and maintain operational performance data in the plant and develop reports and templates. Monitor data quality, reconcile and validate.
• Perform excel trainings and provide support to the business with excel reports.
