Job description, responsibilities and duties
Position Summary:
This position is involved in all PRP projects and responsible to develop the material flow and packaging for inbound and outbound working with suppliers and customers and purchasing, the set up of supplier portals with IT and Suppliers, drafting and deploying the supplier logistics agreements and setting up of sequencing process with IT and help of 3rd party logistics providers if necessary.
Scope:
• Responsible for development of material flow (in and outbound) in new business projects in multiple PRP projects and launches.
• Responsible using PRP standards to hand over all deliverables for section 10 of PRP to project manager and materials planning organization at Gate D (maturity % in PRP process).
• Responsibility for set up supplier portal for new suppliers and validating.
• Responsible for set up Vendor Management Inventory (VMI)/consignment locations.
• Responsible for making sure all relevant data for ERP set up (Customer master, part master, EDI links, etc) are set up and validated with operational materials planning organization.
• Responsible for process of pre-builds before ERP is set up.
• Responsible for setting up and deploying Supplier Logistics agreements with critical new suppliers.
• Responsible for setting up sequencing process.
• Responsible to support Production line migrations.
• Perform all needed analysis with the ultimate goal of providing valuable information to enable effective business decisions.
• Support lean project activities within the department.

Personality requirements and skills
• Educational level /Experience: Bachelor degree (Logistics or Industrial Science) with at least 5+ years experience in automotive.
• Experience in complete SCM scope from materials planning in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), warehousing, linefeeding concepts, packaging and Supplier portals to supplier agreements.
• Lean experience (5s, Value Stream Management (VSM), visuals, Standard work, etc).
• Experienced Project manager.
• Experience in production migrations.
Functional Competences and skills :
• Good communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Convincing in presentations.
• Stress resistant (able to work under pressure).
• Process oriented.

The company is situated in Krakovany and concentrates on the production of sun-roof systems for well known Truck suppliers like MAN, DAF, SCANIA, DAIMLER, VOLVO etc. Moreover, it has also clients from automobile industry like BMW, Daimler and VW.
