Plant Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager you will monitor all Plant Quality activities together with the Plant Manager for our Slovakia plant. You will participate in projects and actively in the Start Of Production (SOP) process and in the following entire life cycle process. In close cooperation with our Quality Account Managers you represent Inalfa as one face to the internal and external customer. We are looking for a proactive manager to continuously improve our quality performance (processes, systems and procedures). You will operate as a quality umbrella over the Customer Focus Teams. You will work within the EU Quality and Operational Excellence team of Inalfa, based in Krakovany. You will report directly to the Director of Operations Excellence and Quality.
Other tasks :
• Annual budgeting, planning and roadmap for Quality management conform LEAN model;
• Monitoring of all Plant Quality activities;
• Supporting the APQP process;
• Measuring of ‘Cost Of Poor Quality’ and driving improvements;
• Driving, monitoring and managing Quality Continuous Improvement towards First Time Right;
• Preparing and reporting Plant Quality KPI’s / PDCA activities and monitor the progress;
• Participating in projects and actively in the Start Of Production (SOP) process and in the following entire life cycle process;
• Guiding and coordinating internal and external audits.
