Senior quality engineer/Quality account manager (VAG)

- Implementation and follow up of the European quality plan in accordance with the quality operations plan in line with the business strategy authorised by the direction.

- Develops a customer satisfaction strategy together with the regional key stakeholders and follows-up the implementation and organisational embedding.

- Define Specific Customer Quality planning and Requirements.

- Acting as first point of contact for the Customer (OEM) on quality issues, analysis and commitments. Responsible for keeping up the Customer relationship on a high level. Where required handling of third party involvement.

- Translation of customer requirements into IRS products, process and systems.

- Secure PRP adherence with the respective quality reviews and approvals.

- Based on regional and customer feedback, drive the necessary actions within the region to improve, cq sustain customer satisfaction

- Maintain the relationship with the key stakeholders at the customer concerning product quality and customer satisfaction

- Drive the Regional satisfaction reviews, global EPR/LRR/QR

- Project milestone monitoring using APQP ground rules.

- Assure the quality and manufacturability of the product with the respective tools and techniques for determination of the maturity.

- Secure APQP planning and submittal of PPAP documentation in accordance with respective customer requirements.

- Champion Customer Audits

- Optimizing customer satisfaction

- Champion solving customer complaints, where necessary involving the extended supply chain.

- Support Customer Focused teams in root cause analyse and solutions for technical complex problems.

- Ensure product and process changes are correctly validated and implemented across the regions

- Maintain High Customer Satisfaction results based on Customer expectations

- Risk management, continuously alignment of the quality processes to the internal and external (OEM) requirements.

- Financial handling of quality issues.

- Monitoring the budget, define actions when budget thread is identified; implement structural improvement so the budget doesn’t need to be addressed.
