Launch/Technology manager

In this role, employee:
• Set up and sustain a system for implementation and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, machinery and installations
• Directly lead technical coordinator, business data coordinator and janitor
• Coordination of plant IT
• Integrate new programs in the plant
• Fulfillment of procedures with regards to ISO14001
• Development of employees within department
• Planning and execution of short, mid and long term activities within department
• Creating and following-up of the project plans
• Managing, organizing and coordinating the activities within the Project Team
• Taking care of the availability of the resources
• Making investment proposals and taking care of their realization
• Attending customers’ visits & audits
• Supporting CFT Leaders & initiating continuous improvement after launch of projects
• Coordinating all the projects within the plant (in cooperation with the Plant Manager)
• Reporting to the Plant Manager & EU division
• Support Management Team on other tasks
