Our products are made for a small group of specialised video professionals who we know by name and are happy to share a beer with. They appreciate our level of support and the uniqueness of our product portfolio. You will definitely hear “You are awesome, man, thanks!” more often.

Your responsibility will be to provide technical customer support to end users of our software and hardware products.
This usually includes:
- Technical assistance via e-mail and phone
- Identify and solve software and hardware problems
- Providing incident management (1st level)
- Testing of the products and providing feedback to the team
- Developing technical user guides and tutorials

Working time: 13,30-22,00 + on-call support
