Lean six sigma black belt specialist

For our multinational Business Partner from automotive industry we are seeking a

• 
  Using Lean, Six Sigma, KT or appropriate process improvement methodology


• 
  Leads project teams to deliver project cost, quality and time objectives established by the CI Manager


• 
  Facilitate cross-functional expert teams to drive breakthrough or Best-in-Class performance in People, Quality, Material Flow, and Cost


• 
  Applies Six Sigma, Lean and KT tools and techniques to measure, analyze, improve and control project processes


• 
  Reports on project progress to process owners and other appropriate leadership levels at least on a monthly basis


• 
  Prepares a detailed project plan for each project including a project timeline and the deliverables at each phase of the project


• 
  Identifies barriers to project success and solicits help from process owners when needed


• 
  Value Stream Analysis (Current and Future State Value Stream Mapping)


• 
  Collaborate with C.I. Manager to assess the Current state of the plant’s Operations; Develop Future State vision and implementation plan


• 
  Coach team members in understanding Six Sigma, Lean and KT principles

• 
  Excellent communication skills in English: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally


• 
  Engineering Degree or similar qualification.  Industrial, manufacturing, mechanical engineering degrees, Supply Chain / Logistics degrees are all good fits with our LSS Black Belt requirements


• 
  Some years of relevant business experience


• 
  Very effective leadership and program management skills.  Has demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise influence without authority


• 
  High-level performance in current and previous positions


• 
  Initiative, the desire to rapidly drive change and is motivated to exceed expectations


• 
  Excellent communication skills, in technical writing, and in presentations


• 
  Statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to product and process improvement projects


• 
  Open-minded and an “out-of-the-box” thinking

  Ability to effectively prioritise issues
