Job description, responsibilities and duties
•Trading, technical and infrastructural management of objects
•Overall responsibility for our local properties
•Contact person for renters, owners, suppliers and other partners
•Reporting, budget planning, development of plans for technical inspections, maintenance, repairs, defects, etc.
•Checking of rents and operating costs of tenants, control and documentation management
•Processing and calculation of bills for operational costs
•Coordination and organization of caretaker and all services
•Inspection and control of properties
