Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
o Leading small to large-sized refurbishment projects, extensions and fit-outs
o Setting-up, leading and monitoring those projects (budget, timing, quality)
o Representation of the investor throughout the project execution
o Quality management, technical documentation and warranty management
o Technical support and documentation of transactions (purchase and sale)
o Dealing with all authorities relevant for projects and operations (permits, fire, health & safety, heritage)
o Process monitoring during the introduction of CAFM systems and guidelines (operations & development)
o Optimization of processes of the real estate portfolio in all aspects of Property- and Facility Management

• Completed technical education with focus on Civil Engineering, Building Technologies, Facility Management or a similar field
• Min. 5 years of experience in leading construction, refurbishment or fit-out projects, preferably for ideally retail buildings
• Experience in Asset-, Property- or Facility Management for and operation of commercial properties is a strong plus
• Profound project management skills and ideally knowledge of the real estate industry
• Advanced user of MS-Office and MS-Project, knowledge of CAFM and other relevant construction / real-estate related software is a plus
• Fluent in Slovak and English
• Open minded, communicative personality – a real team player
• Entrepreneurial thinking – solution orientated – ideal combination of technical and commercial skills
• Very strong client-orientation
