Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Analysis of monthly and quarterly reports, IFRS reporting
• Extensive commercial management of real estate projects
• Responsible for the implementation of target-actual comparisons as well as profitability and capital budgeting
• Cash flow management
• Budgeting, monitoring, forecasting
• Responsible for the purchasing process – signing authority, organizational-structural measures (e.g. financing)
• Interface with external partners, interdisciplinary collaboration within an international team
• Preparation of various ad-hoc reports and analysis
