Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Full responsibility for the management of the whole shopping center
• Maintaining and optimizing relationships with existing tenants
• Permanent support of current tenants on operational standards and commercial opportunities
• Ensuring occupancy at the center is kept to a maximum
• Overall responsibility for sales & commercialization of the center
• Responsible for managing a team and implementing a defined management strategy
• Ensure high levels of customer service and operational standards are maintained at all times
• Contribute to the preparation of the business plan and ensure specific asset objectives and initiatives are implemented correctly
• Manage and operate the center as a commercial business venture
• Regularly monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of the center through KPIs
• Contribute to letting strategy and tenant mix strategy
• Take ownership and be responsible for the management, preparation and reconciliation of the service charge
